Yes! If you prefer to fill out and print your paperwork before you come to therapy you can definitely do so! Go to the forms tab at the upper right corner of this page and download whichever form you would like to print and fill out!

I have a passion for incorporating the Christian faith and biblical principles in therapy sessions. However, you the client, have full authority on how much or how little you would like faith-based concepts to be included in session.

Nope! Although I am well-versed in biblical teaching and believe the most healing comes with the incorporation of Biblical principles in session, it is not required and you do not have to be a Christian or of any particular religious affiliation to receive therapy services from me.

The first session of therapy can be an intimidating process, but I will walk with you through all of it! I will begin the first session by going through forms of consent for you to sign. Next, we will go through intake documents together, as well as a get-to-know-you and your reason behind attending therapy. The first few sessions are much more intake-heavy so that I can get a good understanding of who you are and provide the best treatment plan, created just for you!

I do not currently offer teletherapy options.
